Dr. Paul Bower

Physician

Dr. Bower is a board-certified urologist serving the Treasure Coast, dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care in a comfortable, patient-focused environment. A graduate of Boston University School of Medicine, he served as a U.S. Navy Medical Officer, including deployment to Afghanistan. He completed his urology residency at Brown University and has been caring for patients in the region since 2019.

Richard Palmeri

Physician Assistant

Mr. Palmeri received his Bachelor of Science in Medicine from Alderson Broaddus University in 1996, and has been serving the treasure coast for approximately 25 years. Throughout his career Mr. Palmeri served as a surgery Physician Assistant and gained extensive knowledge and experience in Spine Surgery, Internal Medicine, Orthopedics and General Urology. His primary area of interest is Urology and the treatment of associated conditions, with the best possible outcomes. He is a native Floridian and strives to provide the utmost in patient care and quality.

Aimee Elizabeth Farmer

PA-C

Aimee Elizabeth Farmer, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia before completing her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. Since beginning practice in 2014, Elizabeth has gained experience across multiple clinical settings before specializing in urology and is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Elizabeth has experience evaluating and managing a wide variety of common urologic conditions, including but not limited to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infections, kidney stones, hematuria, elevated PSA, urinary retention, erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and other general urological concerns. Elizabeth is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and strives to create an environment where they feel heard, informed, and comfortable throughout their care.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two children. She is an avid reader, a devoted Georgia Bulldogs fan, and enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family.
